GENERAL HELPER

A general helper who is self motivated, must have a drivers license and a good driving record, good appearance, construction experience helpful, willing to learn about the trades, knowledge of the Metro Area.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Must have a C License, well polished supervisory skills, owned a construction business, computer skills, and references required.

CAD DESIGNERS:

Use Chief Architect or Auto CAD for designing decks and basement floor plans, design elements, kitchens and baths.

We shall train, but you should have a good working knowledge of construction, be familiar with CAD and have an artistic and tasteful eye. Basements Colorado only hires servant minded, customer oriented personnel, we do not pay on commission.

All in-house jobs are established on a salary basis with profit sharing incentives.

TRADESMEN / SUBCONTRACTORS:

Framing, Drywall. Painting, Trim Carpenters, Tile Setters, Masons, HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, Low Voltage, and Audio/Video Specialties, Flooring, Concrete, Landscape, Roofing, Custom Millwork.

All trades must be valid subcontractors with references and be able to produce an itemized price list of services to be considered.
